All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping Services. Express shipping services via UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor to Post Office Boxes.

Orders that are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii not containing Hazardous Materials according to the rules and regulations of USDOT (see Shipping Restrictions) can take up to 6-8 business days.  


International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside the US. We will provide an update when this will be available 


Shipping Restrictions
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals. Aerosol items, certain alcohol-based items and items that contain contents under pressure are considered HAZMAT and require ground-only shipment due to air restrictions and regulations. Therefore HAZMAT items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Any orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping only.


Tracking Orders
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your shipment details and tracking number. You can also access your order information by logging into your A Luxe Account.


Payment Options
A Luxe accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover as forms of payment. If you have store credit or gift cards, you can enter the redemption code in your Shopping Cart before you Checkout. All orders placed at A Luxe is encrypted via SSL (https or https with a padlock symbol, depending on your browser) protecting your information and privacy when placing orders online. If you do not see "https" in the address bar do not place an order and Contact Us immediately. We take internet security and protecting your identity very seriously at A Luxe. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information, we will be more than happy to accept your order over the phone at 206-913-2107 during salon hours, or in our store.



Damaged Products/Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that your product arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, we will gladly replace the damage products, re-ship the correct products or issue a store credit. Simply send back your damaged product and packaging.

If you are unhappy with your products or not satisfied, you may return most of our products within 15 days of original purchase for a refund or exchange. You must provide proof of purchase and return the product unused and in its original packaging either in person at our store or by shipping it back to us. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping fees incurred and buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Maximum Orders/Anti Diversion Policy
Certain professional salon brands that we carry restrict product sales to Professional Salons only. Products purchased through A Luxe are intended for personal use only and are not permitted for resale. In an effort to fight against the unauthorized sale of professional products sold at non-salon retailers, we must limit orders on certain brands to no more than 6 units of a single item (per size, per day) with a maximum purchase of $1000 (entire order) per customer per day. We may contact you to verify details if you wish to purchase more than our limit.
