Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

 

 

Q: What is an A Luxe Membership and how does it work?

We offer Premium and Basic Memberships for hair and/or nails to suit your beauty needs. How it works is you fill out an application in our store, pick a membership type and you are ready to go! Enjoy being pampered without having to worry about purchasing services every time, as your account will be automatically deducted each month. Our memberships are another way for us to say thank you for being a loyal client, and as a reward, you will save up to 50% off the retail price of the services, and an additional 10% off all products. 

Please note that memberships do not include gratuity, services are subject to availability and some restrictions apply. For more details please call or come in and talk to any of our friendly team members!

 

 

Q: How long is my prepaid service good for?

All prepaid services expire in 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

 

Q: How many people can you accommodate for a party?

Depending on the services you would like to book and the time frame, we can accommodate up to an 8 person party. We can provide 3 pedicures and 2 manicures at a time and 2 hair appointments at a time and then the following appointments would need to be booked back to back! For pricing and group discounts please call us for a free consultation.

 

 

Q: What is A Luxe "GlamSquad"?

With our GlamSquad program, our beauty professionals can travel to you for parties consisting of 4 or more. Call or email us for more information and pricing. (18% gratuity will be added for parties of 4 or more)

 

 

Q: Do you take walk-ins?

Yes we do accept walk-ins and same day appointments based on availability, however making an appointment is highly encouraged.

 

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy if I can’t make it or if I’m late to my appointment?

We know this happens and life can get a little hectic at times! We just ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any changes to be made. For all new clients we do require credit card information to hold your appointment. If you do not honor your appointment or cancel in less than 24 hours you are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment booked. If you are more than 15 min late you may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be shortened depending on availability for that day. We just want to give every client the time they deserve which enables us to give the highest quality service possible! This will also give us the opportunity to accommodate for any waitlisted clients during peak times. Time is everyone’s most valuable asset and we strive to respect it!

 

 

Q: What is the difference between Ombre and Balayage?

Ombre is a special technique where we usually use a darker color at the roots and gradually fade into a lighter color at the ends. Ombre can either be very natural or very dramatic. Whatever look you want to achieve will be based on the contrast between the roots to the ends.

Balayage is the French meaning “to sweep”.  We use a hand painted technique where we place partial (top and sides) or full (all over the head) highlights to give your hair a natural sun kissed glow.

Want a combination of both?  We can do both techniques; just ask one of our stylists! Consultations are highly encouraged and always complimentary!

 

 

Q: What color line do you use?

At A Luxe, we strive to provide you with the safest and highest quality products available. That’s why we use L’Oreal Professional Inoa Hair Color and Lighteners. Inoa is an ammonia free, odor free permanent hair color for optimized scalp comfort. Inoa Color covers up to 100% grey and gives you 6 weeks of intense hydration and nutrition. Inoa is different to most professional products because it uses an oil delivery system to penetrate color into the cortex leaving your hair with 50% more shine! Q: How can I become a part of the A Luxe Team?

We are always open to new talent! If you are a licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, or Manicurist, or even hold multiple licenses, please send over a resume and a brief description of yourself to info@aluxebeauty.com!
